Namaste! I’m Prerna Ramanathan, an internationally certified Yoga Therapist with a two-year diploma accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
Since 2020, I’ve been offering one-to-one customized yoga therapy and wellness sessions in Bengaluru. I now bring my practice to the Bay Area, California, where I continue to work with clients globally online and also in- person locally.
My focus is on yoga practice for physical injuries, body posture, immobility and instability of joints, breathing difficulties, anxiety tendency, gut/digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, stress management and lifestyle changes.
