Focuses on increasing the mass and strength of the muscles, improving the reflexes of the mind, improving the stability of the joints, and managing and preventing pain and injury. Practices are done on a chair and using a wall for support.
Focuses on developing co-ordination in the body, sustaining flexibility in the muscles, building body confidence and acceptance, and enhancing the creativity of thought. Practices are group-based classes with engaging animal and fantasy story-themed lessons and yogic games.

These are offered online in real-time, based on available slots for the month. Recorded sessions for personal practice are offered after attending eight real-time sessions.
