Yoga For Therapy

Focuses on the strengthening of spinal muscles, mobility and stability of the joints, toning of the muscles, appropriate alignment in the yoga postures, sustainable management of body weight, rehabilitation from musculoskeletal injuries and managing gut health conditions.

Yoga for Wellness

Focuses on general flexibility in the body, aligning movement with breathing, restoring the mind-body balance and setting a consistent fitness routine into the lifestyle, holistically and mindfully.

Yoga for Senior Citizens

Focuses on increasing the mass and strength of the muscles, improving the reflexes of the mind, improving the stability of the joints, and managing and preventing pain and injury. Practices are done on a chair and using a wall for support.

Yoga for Children

Focuses on developing co-ordination in the body, sustaining flexibility in the muscles, building body confidence and acceptance, and enhancing the creativity of thought. Practices are group-based classes with engaging animal and fantasy story-themed lessons and yogic games.  

Virtual Sessions

These are offered online in real-time, based on available slots for the month. Recorded sessions for personal practice are offered after attending eight real-time sessions.

If there has been one thing lacking in my fitness journey, it has been consistency. I have tried many things, enjoyed them all, but have never really pursued anything consistently.In my second stint with Prerna (I had practiced Yoga with her for two years before the pandemic), I am seeing marked benefits in myself. My body is becoming more flexible by the day, my anxiety levels are under control, and I am pushing myself to do better and better every day.Prerna has always been a calm and non-judgemental teacher. She is not pushy or aggressive, or demanding that you go beyond your comfort levels and attain a posture that is physically detrimental. Before introducing any new practice or vinyasa, she discusses it, outlining why she is introducing a change and how it might benefit me.

She also introduces modifications that enable learners to attain postures that do not come naturally or easily.On days that I have been feeling stressed at work or am extra anxious, I have asked her for adding more breathwork into my practice, or have sometimes asked for a lighter routine, and she has been completely flexible and gracious in accommodating my requests.I recently had a stubborn back muscle spasm, where simple movements such as sitting down and getting up from the sofa brought tears to my eyes. Thanks to the routines Prerna tailored for me over a couple of months, it is now but a vague memory, and my back feels great!I now look forward to her classes, and hope that this collaboration continues. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a solution to fitness, good health, and well-being.

I have been practicing Yoga with Prerna from 2023. It has been no short of amazing 1 year journey with her. She is a body whisperer and exactly knows her student's mood, energy, flexibility, strength, mobility and other difficulties and curate a right plan/session accordingly.

I started Yoga to tend to my weak knee which was affecting my overall lower back and health and was looking for a Yoga Therapist last year. After meeting so many, almost 6 practitioner, instructors and therapist who quite didn't understand my issue. I am so glad that I found Prerna, who really understood my health issues and re-started me on my fitness journey.
Her schedule flexibility helped a great deal for me to maintain my consistency towards Yoga. Her kindness, understanding, wisdom and most importantly patience is the kind of support needed when one is on any fitness journey. I wanted to go slow with mine and built an organic mindful habit overall. The idea to go slow is hard to get digested these days by all instructor. I am lucky to find Prerna who totally supported and embraced it with me. Overall, my knee is a lot stronger now, with almost no backache for most of the days and better energy levels.

I have been practising yoga with Prerna since March 2020. I started yoga as a therapy to proactively correct posture and flexibility. Over the years with consistent practice I have seen a marked improvement in my overall strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

As a teacher Prerna is gentle, patient, astute in her observations even through the online platform and works with me depending on how my routine is or how I'm feeling that particular day.

It's one of the primary reasons I have been able to sustain my practice for such a long streak with minimal breaks.
